SUMMARY
Participates in and completes a client management training program designed to prepare trainees for advancement to the position of Client Manager. Learns and participates in mock presentations, public speaking opportunities and work with Subject Matter Experts (SME). Upon graduation, trainee will demonstrate proficiency in performing client management duties under supervision, including providing customer service, overall service of assigned customers and/or policies and identifying rounding opportunities. Training program will consist of small groups, ideally in person.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participates in and completes an eighteen (18) month training program.
* Learns and demonstrates proficiency in Insurance Basics coursework.
* Becomes knowledgeable in the history of Alliant Private Client Services and philosophy.
* Studies and applies the Alliant Private Client Service model effectively.
* Learns and demonstrates proficiency in the Alliant Private Client marketing strategies and compliance.
* Demonstrates proficiency in Private Client insurance concepts.
* Completes carrier training in High Net Worth (HNW) personal lines through the Private Risk Management Associate (PRMA), Chubb.
* Develops essential client management skills - public speaking, presentations, managing difficult conversations, writing concise emails, overall organization, interpersonal communication skills, relationship building (co-workers/underwriters).
* Becomes knowledgeable in workflows and processes relating to renewal and new business including, schedule of insurance, remarketing, reports.
* Understands the importance of support teams.
* Becomes knowledgeable in the importance of remarketing in difficult market.
* Obtains P&C license during program.
* Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
* Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Insurance License to be obtained during course of training program within 1-1/2 Yrs
SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
